Suggestion: Add a command/hotkey to refuse call

Why should this be added?: Sometimes people get calls from other cities (idk why), and after accepting this call them lose other calls from their cities (I almost never get calls after receiving calls without driving to them)

Anything else you'd like to add?: nothing

You can choose to decline a call by pressing N. There are a few phrases you can manually type but I cannot remember them off the top of my head.

sometimes i reflexively press x when i see a call-message, and only after that look to central
maybe i only have this problem i'm not sure

Can be avoided by reading the callout before you press X. There's nothing else we can do.
